Ben is the practice manager, and undertakes both tax compliance and consultancy services. He is responsible for quality control and service delivery. Ben has capability to deal with complex matters requiring both analytical and problem solving skills, and deliver advice in a practical and timely manner. His interests include spending time with family and friends, good food & wine, involvement with Sturt Football Club, cycling and walking.
Michelle McAvaney
Associate Accountant & Manager
Michelle specialises in technical tax compliance including CGT small business concessions, Division 7A (shareholder loans), tax minimisation and book keeping support. She is friendly, meticulous and always ready to help her clients. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, seeing films, going to arts performances, and reading good books.

Receptionist, Secretarial & Accounting Support
Tiffany has worked in finance and administration for 19 years including her own family business. She excels in MYOB and QuickBooks and enjoys client contact, getting to know clients and is always offering to assist wherever she can. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and reading. Tiffany also enjoys reading, quilting, embroidery and gardening.
Diana Evans
Practice Manager & Accounting Support
Diana has a background in Finance and Bookkeeping. Since commencing at Pledge Accountants she has acquired skills in taxation. She is very organised and prides herself in offering support to clients. Diana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, reading, cooking and watching her children play sport.
